The Catalan police have confirmed that they have opened an investigation to clarify the facts and determine what happened. The clear footage will assist the police in identifying the individuals involved and potentially charging them with traffic safety offenses depicted in the video.

The video shows a total of six vehicles with people outside the cars, though other vehicles are also part of the convoy. All the individuals hanging out of the vehicles appear to be men, some wearing red clothing. Among the cars are a couple of Porsches and other high-end vehicles, all bearing Spanish license plates.
